No matter our personal interests, every single season is celebrated to its fullest with a variety of sport, leisure, and lifestyle activities.
However, due to current restrictions on travel along with fitness and leisure program uncertainty, getting out and staying fit has been met with major stumbling blocks. That's why we created The Great Canadian Fitness Challenge! 🍁

- Get fit by using ANY form of CARDIO fitness: hike, walk, jog, run, bike, or cardio equipment.
*You track your kms to match the weekly destinations total kms provided each week
- 4 weeks in total, new locations UNLOCKED EACH WEEK
- Great for all levels
- No fitness experience required
- Perfect for individuals, family and groups
- Each week you'll take a quick virtual tour of selected popular Canadian trails for inspiration before you head out.

- Have your own personal trainers, Robb and Leah, to correspond with every step of the way, inside the program

What to Expect Once You Join
- Once you join, the Challenge is yours to keep and you'll always have full access. You can choose to start the Challenge at any time you like – no pressure!
- You'll receive weekly emails (4 in total) outlining the upcoming week's Challenge destinations. 3 destination weeks 1-3, 4 destinations in the final week. Be sure to check your junk mail and add us to your safe sender's list.
