Board of Directors

Robb Armstrong 

With a true passion for all things “fitness,” for the past 20 years Robb Armstrong has been offering his expertise as a certified personal trainer and health and wellness specialist, a competitive athlete for over 30 years, a fitness writer, and as Director of Fitness and Marketing with eLifestyle since 2008. Robb became President in 2018. He also co-founded eLifestyle health Advocates in 2016.

Leah Epstein Armstrong

Having over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, in 2004 Leah Epstein Armstrong founded eLifestyle, and co-founded eLifestyle Health Advocates in 2016 with a passion and commitment to move a seemingly one-size-fits-all fitness industry forward. In addition to being a certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and Personal Trainer Specialist, Leah holds a variety of other fitness-related certifications. Leah's leadership is both dynamic and empowering as she leads individuals to achieve happy and healthy lifestyle balance as they choose to define it.

Danny Epstein

Danny Epstein received his Master's degree in Environmental Studies from York University in 1974. That year he joined the Public Service and worked as an Environmental Planner for Transport Canada.

In the mid 80's Mr. Epstein joined Environment Canada where he worked on Great Lakes' issues until 1998. In September of that same year he became Director of the Human Resources Branch for Environment Canada’s Ontario Region.

After much success, Danny then became Environment Canada’s Ontario Regional Director of Environmental Protection in 2001, where he held this position until his retirement from the Federal Public Service in 2009.

Danny is currently involved in a number of business ventures through his private corporation. He has volunteered on the Environmental Advisory Committee for the Town of Gravenhurst from 2009 to 2014. Danny also currently sits on the Board of Directors of eLifestyle Health Advocates.

Rachelle Cayer

With a Masters in Education, Rachelle is a Certified Ontario Teacher and registered with the Ontario College of Teachers. She currently teaches French Immersion at the Primary/Junior level. Prior to becoming a teacher in Canada, she taught English as a Second Language in Brazil to children, adolescents and adults, totalling 15 years of experience in the education field to date. She is extremely passionate about helping students overcome their social, physical, academic and environmental challenges, believes in providing students with the tools they require to be successful and supporting their well-being. She has participated in programs such as Me to We and We Day, promoting the well-being of all young Canadians.

Jill Dundas

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts, Jill Dundas’ career has been focused on youth programs within the not for profit sector since 1988 when she began her career with Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada.  Currently she serves as Executive Director of Girl Guides of Canada, Ontario Council following progressive leadership positions prior to undertaking this role in 2004.  Jill credits Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada as being instrumental in developing the person she is today and is honoured to be able to give back that experience to other girls each day.

Volunteerism is an important part of Jill’s lifestyle.  She has been an active member of the camping industry leadership teams within the provincial, national and international realm.  Moving out of her wheelhouse in 2015 she volunteered as one of the venue leads at the Pan-Am Games in 2015.

Throughout her career she has been recognized for both employment and volunteer outcomes.  This includes the Gold Maple Leaf Award from Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada, the Canada 125 medal from the Government of Canada, the Dorothy Walter Award of Excellence from the Ontario Camps Association and the Canadian Women’s Mentor Award from Trimark Investments.
